Ordered the wrong truck. Was supposed to match other dealers custom order sheet and price but didnt do either, forgetting the most important part, the gooseneck hitch
Heather was very helpful. Another man tried to negotiate based on different car. They gave me $4000 allowance as I was looking for 18,000 and he dropped by $400 to agree to $22000 plus tax. Thus, they gave me nothing for my car. I will NOT recommend dealership to anyone.
Everyone was organized communicative and made me feel very welcome. If I ever have to come back and purchase another car in the future, I would come to this dealership.
Vlad made the entire purchase process incredibly easy from start to finish. I definitely got overcharged and put into a bad deal because I was behind a rock and a hard place to be honest they lied about my credit score by almost 100 points to put me in a terrible deal but I had no choice I don't know what they were thinking they took a credit score from a year ago instead of my current one which is now above 700 and there's issues with the car
Moe and Dante were extremely helpful and patient. They got me into a vehicle that works well for me and my family while working extremely hard to keep me at a manageable payment. They really were great yo work with!

Overall, I was happy going to Gresham CDJR. We were pretty far off on price/trade in, but after some respectful negotiation, we were closer. They sealed the deal by intercepting me before I got in the car to leave with an acceptable offer. Overall, the sales team were great to deal with. Especially Mustafa and Dante - made the process seamless! Great experience from John, Rigo and Junior. From the start they understood what I was looking for.
It was a great experience purchasing our new truck. Sebastian was a good salesman and took care our interests without the pressure.
They are very friendly and work with you. I forgot to bring my trade in title and they followed me home in my new car so I did not have to drive all the way back to give them the trade in title. A small example to show they are happy to help.
John was awesome to work with and so was the finance department. We didn’t plan on buying but we were able to get the vehicle we wanted and the payment we were looking for.
The truck I got I had felt was a fair price at first to I got home and found that they under paid for my car and I over paid for the truck. During the test drive we only did right turns so I didn't find out the left rear turn signal was dead until I was on my way home and I felt a lot of pressure when I mentioned leaving.
Smart tricks they got especially when it came to the Carfax part it got a clean title sign here never had time to read the Carfax until I went to insure the vehicle then get to know it was in a crucial accident rear ended and front damaged alsov

He was very patient when I asked him to run multiple scenarios to determine what would work better for me, financing or leasing, and helped work out the numbers to fit my budget. Luis was very straightforward and honest and extremely friendly, a pleasure to work with. Everyone else I interacted with, including Dante and Luke, made me feel valued and respected.

I felt like I was pushed into a vehicle when I just simply inquiring about a letter of loan and lease termination. Then discovered a lot of other stuff after I purchased the vehicle and was like to about the mileage that was on it. Didn't receive a Carfax on the vehicle as well
Unfortunately I was promised a few features on the truck that it either doesn’t have or don’t work. I am very tempted to bring it back tomorrow morning because I believe it has serious transmission issues??
After being passed off by two sales women, I ended up with Pat Doolan, and I’m glad I did. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the seven hour ordeal ( two and a half in paperwork!) bearable. Dante and Ale were great to work with. Even after I thought i was going to walk away from the deal, Dante kept working it and got me a deal that I liked. Only a suggestion, and not acomplaint, or to tell you how to run your business; an orientation of the vehicle to learn how to operate and adjust all the features would be helpful. I was provided a 45-60 minute orientation when I bought my 2014 Ram Limited. It really added to my purchasing experience. All in all, though, my experience was very good!

Although we started out our experience with a misquoted price with one of the salesmen which brought us through the door, the team there was very apologetic with the misunderstanding and worked well with us to help us get in the vehicle we wanted for a fair price. I did 95 % of it over the phone tx message and email with Heather. Heather was great to work with very nice and out going.
The sales process was a long one until we found the right combination to make it work. But I asked if the fuel filters were changed and was told yes, but the meter that tracks the usage is showing 24% left so that tells me they were not changed.
