The seller Luis Plantillas provided excellent customer service throughout the entire purchasing process. The problem was with the financial advisor, who did not act professionally, as he changed the price of the car several times, wanting to compulsorily add the GAP and maintenance fees when something different had already been negotiated. He also changed the interest rates several times, and the prices varied. As a store, they need to improve on that aspect.
Told me I didn’t get approved on a new truck Sold Me a broken used truck but never asked the bank for a loan on the new truck.
Will sell you a used car, knowing it has problems with absolutely no conscience. Then, somehow get your google review sent to review. Check out their reviews on yelp. Don't spend your hard earned money here, like my idiot self did.

There is opportunity to give salespeople up front training on new vehicles, new technologies, especially when customers are looking for answers to questions (they don’t even know will be obvious). Second time buying from this dealership. They are always helpful and patient. The people I worked with do not make me feel pressured into buying more than I want to.
Buyer beware. Triple check your paperwork and get everything in writing. What the sales team tells you will not match what you sign. Also good luck getting a hold of a manager who can do something. I called 10+ times and always get a manager will call you back, only to never hear back.

We were so blessed how persistent the staff were to find a plug-in hybrid Pacifica for us. We so wanted a red or blue one, so they looked everywhere. As they would find one, they would be purchased before they could secure it for us. It took multiple attempts before it looked like we had one, so we went home awaiting delivery in a few days.

We stopped in while shopping for a diesel truck. Tate did a great job of finding the right truck for us. They offered a competitive price and we moved forward on our third visit. We weren’t wild about the high pressure at the end of our first two visits. We are fiscally conservative and need the chance to sleep on it to prevent any buyers remorse. 1 Star - Disappointing Purchase Experience and Non-Existent After-Sales Support
My recent car buying experience at this dealership was frustrating and time-consuming. The sales representative, Alexandra, while friendly, lacked knowledge about the vehicle and failed to provide timely updates. We constantly had to push for information on our trade-in, pricing, and what was happening with the purchase process.
The negotiation with Dante was even more frustrating. We were told the website price was the price but he added $1090 for wheel locks and theft protection that we discovered weren't even installed.

Very impressed with how we were greeted. Kenny, our sales guy was fun to work with, he was professional and personable.
Kyle was awesome, he was knowledgeable, quick to get our needs. Sold me over the phone. When he arrived he jumped into action. He kept the transaction moving along. The dealer was extremely busy. Junior was the greeter and helped me either a delima.
Tate, the salesman, was great and was very helpful. He was polite and not pushy. He also made himself available before his normal working hours as we had to come from out of town. Great support staff as well.
It's important for them to find you a car and one you like. it's also important to sell you a car; sometimes customers need a little more persuasion. After all, investing in a car that you're going to depend on can be taunting . It can also be stressful thing to some people. The important thing is to try their best to find what works for you, or doesn't.

The first thing that had me drive to Gresham Ram was the product. On line they had a good representation of the vehicle I was looking at a Ram 3500 but what kept there was the customer service especially Tate Herget. Tates knowledge of these vehicles was impressive and that is why we bought from Gresham Ram.

We went to Gresham CDJR to look at a truck I had found on the internet. We were hoping it was going to be a good day!
I brought in VIN # of truck that was on sale for 10k off of MSRP. Test drive went well and Salesman comes back with $3000 off MSRP and I point out to him the truck is advertised at 10K off MSRP.
He went back and they moved some numbers around, but nothing that shows what they did on paper. I took their word for it and moved on.
