Dealership was clean and stocked with amazing deals in everything we saw. Russ and the finance team made the situation we were facing easy and at first I assumed their guarantee for financing was ego however I was soon proven wrong when they came back with an approval and we walked out with a beautiful 2026 3500 HD Laramie quad van truck. Absolutely disgusted with the apathy of the service team. A complete dearth of any hospitality of any kind was also present. We visited this location on a road trip with dangerous transmission issues that nearly caused us to be tboned by a semi when the 2026 vehicle with 17k miles was stuck in 5th gear. I went in with the hopes that they would help me out of a bad situation, instead I had my credit pulled over 15 times while I was asking for my keys to leave. Horrible service. Probably the worst dealership ive ever worked with. Didn't disclose broken window. Gave me a discount that wouldn't cover a replacement. Hid the fact that this is beyond base model. Heather was very helpful. Another man tried to negotiate based on different car. They gave me $4000 allowance as I was looking for 18,000 and he dropped by $400 to agree to $22000 plus tax. Thus, they gave me nothing for my car. I will NOT recommend dealership to anyone.

I definitely got overcharged and put into a bad deal because I was behind a rock and a hard place to be honest they lied about my credit score by almost 100 points to put me in a terrible deal but I had no choice I don't know what they were thinking they took a credit score from a year ago instead of my current one which is now above 700 and there's issues with the car

It was a great experience purchasing our new truck. Sebastian was a good salesman and took care our interests without the pressure.
They are very friendly and work with you. I forgot to bring my trade in title and they followed me home in my new car so I did not have to drive all the way back to give them the trade in title. A small example to show they are happy to help.
John was awesome to work with and so was the finance department. We didn’t plan on buying but we were able to get the vehicle we wanted and the payment we were looking for.
The truck I got I had felt was a fair price at first to I got home and found that they under paid for my car and I over paid for the truck. During the test drive we only did right turns so I didn't find out the left rear turn signal was dead until I was on my way home and I felt a lot of pressure when I mentioned leaving.
Smart tricks they got especially when it came to the Carfax part it got a clean title sign here never had time to read the Carfax until I went to insure the vehicle then get to know it was in a crucial accident rear ended and front damaged alsov

Only a suggestion, and not acomplaint, or to tell you how to run your business; an orientation of the vehicle to learn how to operate and adjust all the features would be helpful.
